Detlef Beyer
Managing Partner German
Detlef Beyer graduated from the Technische Universität Darmstadt [Darmstadt technical university] with a degree in mechanical engineering and economic sciences (general and corporate management). His professional career began with several years in the electrical industry as business manager, account manager and business consultant. Then, for over 12 years, he was in charge of IT-outsourcing and HR-outsourcing activities at EDS, world leader in IT services. Since the end of 2009, he has been contributing to the deployment of post-retirement collaboration in Germany.

Virginie Zaghini
Client account manager
Virginie Zaghini has a health management degree from the University of Lille. She began working in QSE integrated management in industry. She then went to work for over 3 years with the Gerson Lehrman Group, in New Delhi then in London where she was in charge of the development and facilitation of a European network of scientific experts for consultations with institutional investors. Virginie came to Experconnect in 2009, where she is now a client account manager.
Interests : Wine tasting, travel

Maria Palmera
back-office accounts officier
Maria Palmera began her studies in Colombia, continued in Sweden and then completed her training in France with a BTS diploma in International Trade (common European qualification) in a sandwich course at the Santos-Dumont Lycée in Saint-Cloud. After obtaining her diploma, she joined the Experconnect team as back-office accounts officer.
Interests : Travel, reading, foreign languages

Caroline Young
Co-founder
Caroline Young has a degree in business and economics from the University of Lausanne, a post-graduate degree in economic demography from the IEP [institute of political studies] in Paris and a MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. She began her career as acquisitions analyst at Schroders, then worked as acquisitions manager for Crédit Agricole Indosuez. In 2002, she went to work for IP France, the RTL group's advertising agency, as general secretary, responsible for strategy and development. She is currently President of Experconnect.
Interests : Promotion of young artists, 17th century to contemporary architecture

Arnaud Tasiaux
Managing Partner Belgium
Arnaud Tasiaux is a sales engineer, a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. He began his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting, then moved on to sales and marketing functions with Unilever and Coca-Cola.
A born entrepreneur, he next founded his own consulting company before joining Experconnect to head its Belgian subsidiary.Interests : All forms of culinary art

Matthieu Lourme
Head of business development
Matthieu Lourme is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture [Higher Institute of Agriculture] in Lille. After an international start to his career (Czech Republic, South Africa), he went to work for Monsanto, in charge of the brand's business development in the northeast section of France. In 2006, he was offered the position of manager in a large engineering consulting group where he developed offers in the nuclear, aerospace and defence sectors. In early 2010, he joined us at Experconnect as head of business development.

Gilles Effront
Co-founder
Gilles Effront is a graduate of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. He has extensive experience in organisation consulting: 5 years with Andersen Consulting, 3 years with the Richemont group, 3 years with KPMG Peat Marwick. In 1999, he founded ALCOM Consulting, a management consultancy where, in addition to the many missions he carried out himself, he concentrated more particularly on development. He is currently Managing Director of Experconnect.

Fatima Oukhbourou
Back_office accounts officier
Fatima Oukbhourou has a Trilingual Personal Assistant BTS diploma and has completed an undergraduate training programme in international business in Clermont-Ferrand. Having gained varied experience in companies such as Sungard, Ipsen, and Bureau Veritas as administrative assistant, she is currently back-office accounts officer.
Interests : Cooking and tasting oriental dishes, Moroccan in particular

Caroline Meunier
Administrative and financial director
Caroline Meunier has a law degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and diplomas from the Centre universitaire d'Étude des Communautés européennes [centre for European Union studies] and the Institut des langues orientales [oriental languages institute]. After gaining experience in the scientific instrument sector (export function), she worked for 15 years in merchant banking at Rothschild et Compagnie Banque and for 4 years in financial software at SUNGARD (sales and procurement function).
Interests : History of the spice and silk routes, Asian arts, botany

Pascal Dardenne
Director of development
Pascal Dardenne is a graduate of the Paris Ecole de Commerce et d'Administration [business and administration school]. After beginning his career in corporate communication and BtoB, he moved to the Publicis group and became a consultant in HR communications. As consulting director for over 15 years, he assisted French and international firms in developing strategies, designing and implementing internal and external HR communications mechanisms. The adoption of a senior action plan becoming a necessity in 2007, he specialised in the subject and quite naturally joined us at Experconnect in early 2010.

Marie-Pierre de Verneuil
Client account manager
Marie-Pierre de Verneuil is an IPSA [Institute of applied psychology and sociology] graduate with post-graduate diplomas in psychopathology and human resources engineering. She began her career working in recruitment for an engineering consulting firm and went on to work as business engineer and then head of agency in the energy sector (sales/management of a consulting/recruitment team). She joined Experconnect as head of client accounts in April 2011, responsible for receiving experts and organising their missions.
Interests : Horse riding, historic buildings and antiques
